I add some frozen berries, which should help further with the nutrient absorption. Liquid yogurt with live cultures would be a good addition, tho I prefer soy milk. I'd also recommend including wood mushrooms in the diet. 
You might have to pay a little more for wood mushrooms, but they are likely worth the extra money to get access to more healthful tannins.
