Follow up: Desert island redundancy for a robust longevity program

See for yourself. The most recent studies have born out my conclusions. No one can suppose that the combination of polyphenols and physical activity is not an improvement.

In the studies, the combination of physical activity and resveratrol provided improved performance, recovery, muscle acquisition, resistance to bone fracture, etc. All the predicted markers are there. This is great news, but since I’m blocked in Twitter search, almost no one on Twitter is hearing about it.
